Backend Engineer / Enterprise Systems

Nguyen ThiNguyet Que

Backend Software Engineer

I build backend for enterprise systems where APIs, data, permissions, and workflows need to be clear, reliable, and easy to operate.

01 / About

Backend-focused, practical, and maintainable

I work on backend systems for enterprise workflows: APIs, permissions, reporting, approval flows, and the data models behind them.

What I enjoy most is making complex operations easier to follow: clear APIs, predictable permissions, structured data, and workflows that teams can trust.

At the moment, I am growing toward enterprise backend engineering, reusable backend foundations, and practical AI-assisted automation.

04 / Notes

Technical notes

A few things I keep learning while building backend systems in real workflows.

APIs should be predictable

Good API behavior is easy to explain, easy to test, and consistent enough that another engineer can extend it without guessing.

AI belongs inside workflows

Model calls are only one part of the system. Validation, fallback, review, logs, and cost control decide whether the feature is usable.

Documentation is operational care

Useful notes do not need to be long. They should preserve decisions, setup steps, contracts, and the sharp edges future maintainers should know.

05 / Research

Research & beyond coding

Ontology / RAG

I am exploring how knowledge modeling, retrieval, and LLMs can support answers with clearer context and more explainable structure.

Technical documentation

I treat documentation as part of operations: preserving decisions, setup, contracts, and the edges future maintainers should know.
